Conditions et Règlements de la location

Départ/Retour:

Les départs (PM) et les retours (AM) des véhicules se font uniquement du lundi au vendredi. L’heure de la prise de possession et celle du retour seront déterminées lors de votre confirmation de réservation avec un représentant de la location. Aucun départ ou retour ne sera accepté entre 12h et 13h. Aucun départ ou retour ne sera accepté les fins de semaines et les jours fériés.

Assurances:

Assurance complète au Canada seulement comprise dans les tarifs. Au moment du départ, le locataire doit laisser un dépôt de sécurité de 5000$ sur sa carte de crédit. Le dépôt est débité de la carte (Visa, Mastercard) et sera remboursé si le véhicule est remis dans la même condition qu’au départ.

Accessoires:

Literie et équipement de cuisine pour 4 personnes inclus dans la location. 75,00$ par personne additionnelle.

Substitution:

VR St-Cyr se réserve le droit de substitution pour tout véhicule similaire ou de classe égale de véhicule récréatif réservé.

Retour anticipé:

Aucun remboursement pour les retours avant la date prévue.

Territoires autorisés:

Canada seulement. L’assurance est non valide en dehors de cette zone. Aucun hors route ne sera toléré.

Conducteur:

L’âge minimum est de 25 ans. Le locataire doit détenir un permis national valide et une preuve de résidence.

Remorquage:

Aucun remorquage de véhicule, remorque, ou autres n’est permis sauf s’il y a entente entre VR St-Cyr et le locataire. Dans ce cas, le locataire doit se renseigner des lois en vigueur dans la province ou le pays de sa destination. Il est de la responsabilité du locataire de respecter ces lois. VR St-Cyr se dégage de toute responsabilité concernant le remorquage.

Animaux:

Il est interdit d’amener des animaux. Tout locataire pris en faute aura des frais de 500$.

Fumeurs:

Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans nos véhicules. Tout locataire pris en faute aura des frais de 1 000$.

Photos et plans de plancher:

Les photos et plans de plancher des unités en location sont à titre indicatif seulement.

Frais d’annulation:

Aucun frais avant 31 jours de votre date de départ. Des frais de 500$ (montant correspondant au dépôt de réservation) seront appliqués si l’annulation se fait dans les 30 jours précédant le départ de la location. Pour toutes les annulations de 7 jours et moins avant la date réservée et confirmée pour le départ, le montant total de la location comme stipulé au contrat sera facturé.

Frais obligatoires:

Des frais de 1,50$ pour la validation de votre permis, plus des frais de 22,40$ pour le liquide bleu de toilette ainsi que des frais de 31,99$ pour la décontamination du véhicule vous serons facturés.

Plein propane / Plein d’essence:

Le véhicule de location est livré avec un plein d’essence, un plein de propane et les réservoirs d’eau noire et d’eau grise vidangés. Il est entendu que le locataire doit remettre le véhicule avec le plein d’essence, le plein de propane et les réservoirs vidangés. Si tel n’est pas le cas, une amende de 50$ pour chaque infraction sera appliquée ainsi que le ou les montants correspondant au plein d’essence et de propane.

Propreté:

Le véhicule de location se doit d’être propre au retour de vos vacances. Le locataire devra s’assurer de laisser la literie et les serviettes de bain dans la douche. S’assurer qu’il y ait aucune vaisselle sale. Le locataire n’a aucune responsabilité relié au nettoyage extérieur du véhicule à moins que le dit locataire ait utilisé le véhicule d’une façon excessive ou abusive. Advenant le cas ou le non respect des conditions de propreté, le client s’expose à une amende de 250$ à 500$ avant taxes selon le véhicule loué.

Modalités de paiement:

Un dépôt de 500,00$ est demandé lors de la réservation. La balance, selon le contrat, est payable au départ. Les options de paiement sont les suivantes : paiement comptant, direct, Visa, Mastercard, chèque de voyage, chèque certifié, traite bancaire, mandat poste ou transfert de banque à banque. Les paiements doivent être en devise canadienne.

Nombre de passager:

Très important, le nombre de passager ne doit pas dépasser le nombre de ceinture de sécurité lorsque le véhicule est en mouvement. Il est très important d’être attaché en tout temps.

Les tarifs de location, les règlements et conditions sont sujets à changement sans préavis.
Le locataire reconnaît avoir pris connaissance des conditions et règlements et accepte de les respecter sans aucune exception.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION

1. PERIOD

4 DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Terms and Conditions for Rental

Return / Departure:

Towing:

No towing of vehicle, trailer, or other is allowed unless there is an agreement between VR St-Cyr and the tenant. VR St-Cyr accepts no responsibility for towing.

Animals:

Smokers:

Cancellation fees:

No fees before 31 days of your departure date. Mandatory fees:
